Hi everyone! This is how I make one of my flower centers ... I'm not a huge fan of making them and so this one is easy, quick, and looks great with nearly all flowers!
By the way, I meant that you can cut the fringe with a ROTARY cutter, not a bypass trimmer. You can also use three or five blade herb scissors (I know they sell them at Target and Amazon) to help the cutting fly by quicker if you are manually cutting the fringe.
