Hi everyone! This video is how I use the Silhouette Studio software to create my flower center files - what I call the "fringe cut" piece - for my paper flowers. You do not need a cutting machine for these centers, but it sure makes it easier to do!
The machine is called a SILHOUETTE CAMEO 3. I am using v3 of the Silhouette Studio software.
